The colours are bright, and there are no straight edges used everything is curved, bent, or uneven. The backgrounds and props also always have a strange design. Some of the main characters are human, while others are puppets, and some of the backgrounds are computer-generated. It’s a mixture of live action, CGI, and puppetry. Starting off with what is the most noticing thing about this series, the art direction is very unique. LazyTown is a television series about the importance of eating healthy and exercise, and is aimed at young children, but is it (like the There She Is!! series) greater than the sum of its parts?
